Does anybody else remember a song from the elephant show about a dog named "Rags" ?

Im having bits and peices of it come back to my brain.

This is what I get for falling asleep during primetime.

Not being able to sleep at 4 am.

ugh.

Anyhow all I can remember is:

and something that rhymes with rags,

and when he walks he tail it wags

or drags or something that consequently

rhymes with RAGS
